They follow the &#8220;the path of least resistance.&#8221;  Ley lines will go around trees or houses, and curve their way down trails to get to the next power center.</span><br />

<p>People are starting to move&#8230;.For so long the collective conscious has been at a stalemate&#8230;Recently higher energy is moving in and a grand support is developing to evolve the whole collective conscious.</p>
<p>It can be disturbing at first to move forward. Staying with the familiar is nice&#8230;however, boring and disturbing at the same time. The humans have always been in a state of constant movement, however a Fear has come in to keep everyone still. This Fear is now gone and we are beginning to feel the movement once again. The trick is which way do you go. A lot of us have not experienced movement so we go back to fear.</p>
<p>It is all about the baby steps&#8230;learning how to spiritually walk again. The imbalance of how we sell ourselves out is starting to become more apparent and stagnant relationships will not hold. Working and being obligated to others will become more and more unbearable.</p>
<p>So what are the steps?</p>
<p>Doing what you are passionate about.</p>
<p>Keep your power.</p>
<p>Inspire others not do it for them.</p>
<p>Taking responsibility for every action you are involved with&#8230;everything! You are at least responsible for 50% of everything that happens to you&#8230;Yes everything&#8230;Yes someone broke into your car&#8230;You left your heart too open and people are able to take advantage.</p>
<p>It is tough to take these first steps but just like a rocket taking off, it has &#8220;trouble&#8221; leaving the Earth. But once these first steps are taken, orbit is a lot easier&#8230;There are still issues in orbit, however, by now you have accumulated a lot of tools and it is a lot easier to deal with situations. Evolving is easy and should be easy&#8230;like water running down a mountain.</p>
<p>Now part of us would like to move on, however the Fear that keeps us Still is overwhelming. There are three categories I work with as a Medical Intuitive: Cords, Objects and Ghosts.</p>
<p>Cords are the exchange we do with people&#8230;If I am lacking this&#8230;I will take it from them&#8230;and vice versa&#8230;This is why we are really attracted to each other. So it becomes very hard to break up sometimes because if I leave them then were I am I going to get &#8220;what I am lacking&#8221;. Solution: it is within&#8230;.what you &#8220;need&#8221; from others is what you are lacking yourself. With the right guidance it can be turned back on&#8230;.&#8221;The Trick&#8221; is we have never experienced what it was like to be balanced and we have been out of balance for so long it just seems better to just stay with the familiar.</p>
<p>&#8220;But this is the way I have always been.&#8221; True&#8230;most core imbalances happen between ages 1-5. So most of our life we have been out of balance so now we just assume we have always been this way.</p>
<p>So when it come time for balancing  I have had some people who are ready and they schedule the appointment but at the last minute something happens where they can&#8217;t come in due to &#8220;Wow my car just broke down, I have no money for the appointment.&#8221;</p>
<p>This is a form of sabotaging, usually ghosts or your subconscious kicks in here&#8230;.On one level you are ready but the deep parts for you are not. So other outside events will occur to keep you distracted. Where it seems, &#8220;Well it is not my fault it just happened.&#8221; Ghosts are entities trapped between worlds. To survive they have to hold on to peoples auras for energy. They are not evil just lost. Just like a bum on the street. They get into people by people inviting them in by asking for protection or for someone else to agree with there despair&#8230;If a ghost agrees with your same despair you two will link together until you decide you are done. They cast a deep fog on auras, where information will be filtered through them. Ghosts don&#8217;t know your plan so they will give misleading information to keep the embalance in place. Letting go of a ghost is almost like letting of a friend. So you feel bad for them and you will create circumstances to prevent the balance so they won&#8217;t leave.</p>
<p>The Solution: by working with a skilled practitioner who knows how to lead ghost to the other side&#8230;the transition will be very easy. To break the pattern we have to give the ghost a better place to go. Being able to open the doors to the other side gives comfort to the ghosts and the will gladly leave. So if feelings of edginess or potential sabotage is about to take place, just stop and talk to yourself and your ghosts, everything and everyone will go to a place where they are loved and taken care of. Once these ghosts are taken care of people feel calm, have more strength, and clear headed.</p>
<p>Last subject is objects. These will be thought forms either you create to keep yourself embalanced for survival purposes or they are from people you believe that give you misinformation. Such as &#8220;You are not smart&#8221;. If your mother tells this to you in anger when you are five. For survival purposes, you will try and keep her happy by turning off your Crown chakra. This makes yourself not receive Divine information leaving you lost and unsmart. In the plasmic field the suggestion will form into a energy clot and will pinch off the tube to our higher spirits. I have seen it represented energetically as clamps, helmets, or plugs.</p>
<p>Solution: As the medical intuitive I can feel these objects&#8230;they are real and when pointed out others can feel them as well. Once the story is revealed and forward motion wants to be in motion. These agreements or block will move. And you will be smart again.</p>
<p>Once dirt in the spokes are cleaned the wheels spin effortlessly&#8230;.choose to be in motion.</p>

<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Truth:</strong> Soy was first used as a food during the late Chou dynasty (1134-246 BC), only after the Chinese learned to ferment soy beans to make foods like <em>tempeh, natto</em> and <em>tamari</em>. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Myth:</strong> Asians consume large amounts of soy foods. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Truth:</strong> Average consumption of soy foods in Japan and China is 10 grams (about 2 teaspoons) per day. Asians consume soy foods in small amounts as a condiment, and not as a replacement for animal foods. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Myth:</strong> Modern soy foods confer the same health benefits as traditionally fermented soy foods. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Truth:</strong> Most modern soy foods are not fermented to neutralize toxins in soybeans, and are processed in a way that denatures proteins and increases levels of carcinogens. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Myth:</strong> Soy foods provide complete protein. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Truth:</strong> Like all legumes, soy beans are deficient in sulfur-containing amino acids methionine and cystine. In addition, modern processing denatures fragile lysine. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Myth:</strong> Fermented soy foods can provide vitamin B<sub>12</sub> in vegetarian diets. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Truth:</strong> The compound that resembles vitamin B<sub>12</sub> in soy cannot be used by the human body; in fact, soy foods cause the body to require more B<sub>12</sub> </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Myth:</strong> Soy formula is safe for infants. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Truth:</strong> Soy foods contain trypsin inhibitors that inhibit protein digestion and affect pancreatic function. In test animals, diets high in trypsin inhibitors led to stunted growth and pancreatic disorders. Soy foods increase the body&#8217;s requirement for vitamin D, needed for strong bones and normal growth. Phytic acid in soy foods results in reduced bioavailabilty of iron and zinc which are required for the health and development of the brain and nervous system. Soy also lacks cholesterol, likewise essential for the development of the brain and nervous system. Megadoses of phytoestrogens in soy formula have been implicated in the current trend toward increasingly premature sexual development in girls and delayed or retarded sexual development in boys. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Myth:</strong> Soy foods can prevent osteoporosis. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Truth:</strong> Soy foods can cause deficiencies in calcium and vitamin D, both needed for healthy bones. Calcium from bone broths and vitamin D from seafood, lard and organ meats prevent osteoporosis in Asian countries—not soy foods. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Myth:</strong> Modern soy foods protect against many types of cancer. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Truth:</strong> A British government report concluded that there is little evidence that soy foods protect against breast cancer or any other forms of cancer. In fact, soy foods may result in an increased risk of cancer. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Myth:</strong> Soy foods protect against heart disease. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Truth:</strong> In some people, consumption of soy foods will lower cholesterol, but there is no evidence that lowering cholesterol improves one&#8217;s risk of having heart disease. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Myth:</strong> Soy estrogens (isoflavones) are good for you. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Truth:</strong> Soy isoflavones are phyto-endocrine disrupters. At dietary levels, they can prevent ovulation and stimulate the growth of cancer cells. Eating as little as 30 grams (about 4 tablespoons) of soy per day can result in hypothyroidism with symptoms of lethargy, constipation, weight gain and fatigue. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Myth:</strong> Soy foods are safe and beneficial for women to use in their postmenopausal years. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Truth:</strong> Soy foods can stimulate the growth of estrogen-dependent tumors and cause thyroid problems. Low thyroid function is associated with difficulties in menopause. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Myth:</strong> Phytoestrogens in soy foods can enhance mental ability. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Truth:</strong> A recent study found that women with the highest levels of estrogen in their blood had the lowest levels of cognitive function; In Japanese Americans tofu consumption in mid-life is associated with the occurrence of Alzheimer&#8217;s disease in later life. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Myth:</strong> Soy isoflavones and soy protein isolate have GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) status. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Truth:</strong> Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) recently withdrew its application to the FDA for GRAS status for soy isoflavones following an outpouring of protest from the scientific community. The FDA never approved GRAS status for soy protein isolate because of concern regarding the presence of toxins and carcinogens in processed soy. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" color="#000000" face="Verdana"><strong>Myth:</strong> Soy foods are good for your sex life. </font></p>

Soy consumption enhances hair growth in middle-aged men, indicating lowered testosterone levels. Japanese housewives feed tofu to their husbands frequently when they want to reduce his virility. </font></p>

Intuitive healing is very similar to energy work, reiki, medical intuitive, distance healing or remote viewing. The only difference is that the technique varies. This is why everyone has their own name for their own distinct method but really we are all using similar techniques. An example would be in communication where everyone speaks but language can be different such as English, Japanese, German, French, etc.</p>

My personal technique of intuitive healing is very visual. I will see and feel pictures in people that will explain the issues that they are currently dealing with.</p>
<p align="center">
When a doctor diagnoses someone with hypothyroidism, which is an inadequate secretion of thyroid hormones, resulting in a slowing down of the body’s metabolism, I will see someone with &#8220;nooses&#8221; or &#8220;self strangulating hands&#8221; around their neck because that person believes that their voice is not important and often they have low self esteem.</p>
<p align="center">
Once I research the issue and give feedback to the client, I check in with them to see if I am traveling along the correct path and ask if it makes sense to the client, I can then release the &#8220;noose&#8221; or &#8220;strangling hands&#8221; around the client&#8217;s neck by energetically releasing their symptoms.</p>

I believe all &#8220;luck&#8221; and circumstances that people experience every day is due to the emotions one holds in their body. All disease and illness is the result of too many out of balance emotions compromising the flow of energy through the body. One&#8217;s body is the marker of truth in the universe. If truth flows out of the body, the body will let you know by how sick it becomes.</p>

<p>Preventing, Headaches, Migraines, and Hangovers….</p>
<p>One common thread with all of them would be tight neck muscles….</p>
<p>As a massage therapist, I find the muscles around the neck to be the cause of headaches. The lack of blood to the head results in pain in the brain. Usually a good shoulder and neck massage takes care of most headaches…</p>
<p>Another cause of headaches may be an out of line cervical vertebrae. When the neck vertebrae are out of line it may pinch the nerves giving one “The pain in the neck”. A chiropractic adjustment allied with a massage usually takes care of this issue quickly.</p>
<p>“But my headaches are continuous and build up every week after I get a massage.” Well, you must relax and stretch as much as you punish yourself. One massage counters about four weeks of office/computer work. For worker bee people 1-2 massages a month should catch you up with the continuous strain. So if you do not keep up with the maintenance of your body and get 1 or 2 massages a year and expect that to cure everything, you will be disappointed. Check your health insurance; some plans prescribe massage for chronic pain and limited range of motion with any limb.</p>
<p>As the Medical Intuitive a common headache issue is when a person thinks “it is all up to them”. They are busy rushing around because somewhere in there childhood they were the ones taking care of the family or they need to control everything. They will have tight shoulders from “carrying the world on their shoulders”. A suggestion would be to delegate and empower the people around them with some of the load. Another technique that I tell busy nurses is “You can only help so many…if you are broken then you save no one…take care of yourself first…this will enable you to better help others.”</p>
<p>As the Medical Intuitive on Migraines….The common theme I have found with some migraine clients is that they will have a past of someone/or something controlling them. The back of the neck is where we get our information from the universe (the great encyclopedia). This area governs who has control of the body.</p>
<p>Look at father with her daughter. He puts his hand on the back of her neck. From here one can move a person around and even knock them off balance. This works the same way energetically. Overbearing parents who control every aspect of children’s lives will energetically take over this area…I see pictures/metaphors that tell me a story of what is going on in individuals, I have seen satellite dishes, antennas, and computer software….from parents unconsciously controlling the individual. The migraine will come in when the individual no longer wants to be taken over and a resistance will occur…the migraine (“the battle”). There will be the parent moving in to take control and the individual will start to build a resistance to the intrusion. So there will be a battle that will take place in the individuals head/neck. This may affect the vision/intuitive chakra (“third eye”), in which they will lack the skills to make decisions for the future. Another effect may be a constricted throat chakra in which expressing their decisions may be diminished.</p>
<p>On one occasion I have seen a client who was in a occult and there brainwashing techniques on control was effecting this person giving her a migraine</p>
<p>Hangovers…As the social drinker and a massage therapist, this comes from my own experience…As stated before tight muscles cause headaches…When drinking one becomes dehydrated, this will lead to the muscles loosing their elasticity in which they will become stuck to themselves.<br />
If you are already tight from office or repetitive work these muscles will be compromised first. These muscles are usually the neck muscles…in are society these muscles are too overworked and are usually the cause of tremendous hangovers. If you are a stiff/tense person already and then add some dehydration you will have a worse hangover than someone who stretches and keeps loose.</p>
<p>Preventing or keeping the pain moderate from a hangover… (***As a massage therapist I can’t really suggest these techniques, this is just from my own experience).</p>
<p>Why you dehydrate is because your body does not like the toxins from the liquor. Lower quality liquor uses cheaper methods which result in more toxin production. &#8211; Try to get the best quality possible, now, there are some organic beer and wine out there which are quite tasty.<br />
This is a hard one but at 1am in the morning after a night of partying try drinking water instead of that last drink.<br />
When you get home drink a couple of glasses of water with aspirin or ibuprofen. And repeat in the morning…Coffee works well here also…all of these thin the blood so circulation can get through the dehydrated tight muscles.<br />
Get a massage…less tension will let more blood flow through you, the less tension you have the quicker the recovery.</p>

<p>2007 the year of Transformation. These days I am feeling that the true meaning of words is lost and we just say them without really knowing their orgin. I feel we need to pay attention with more intention towards what we are saying&#8230;</p>
<p>For instance when someone asks, &#8220;How are you?&#8221;, typically some say &#8220;Not Bad&#8221;, Doesn&#8217;t that mean &#8220;Good&#8221;, why not just say &#8220;I&#8217;m good&#8221;, and just skip the negative and become positive&#8230;transform your language.</p>
<p>Other words to look at:</p>
<p>Universe &#8211; &#8220;You in reverse&#8221;, &#8220;you in verse&#8221;<br />
Intimacy &#8211; &#8220;In to me I see&#8221; Enjoy -<br />
&#8220;In joy&#8221; (at this moment I am in joy)<br />
Disease &#8211; &#8220;Dis-Ease&#8221; (temporarily out of line or ease)<br />
ohm &#8211; &#8220;home&#8221;<br />
Entrance &#8211; &#8220;In trance&#8221;&#8230;ancient templar times..temples were created, the doors were gateways to meditations, a place to come to peace, and evolve your consciousness at the Alter, a place for altering your mind, transformation&#8230;</p>

<p>Pain does not show-up uninvited. The unwelcome house guest arrives with one simple request: Stop whatever it is you are doing for a moment and let’s find a quiet place to chat. Most of us are afraid of that conversation. We waive off the invitation to slow down, take a look inside of ourselves, and ask pain why it has paid us a visit today. Instead we fearfully toss some pills in its direction and hope that it will go away. If that does not work, then we run to the nearest medical facility, trusting that someone more persuasive will be able to exorcise the pain for us. These tactics might work for a few hours, days, or even years; but, until you give pain the audience it requests, it will come back, each time a little meaner, louder, and pushier. Pain is the guest, the messenger, we forgot we invited to guide us any time we began to list and lose our balance.<br />
Discovering both the physical causes and the subconscious lessons of pain are important in maintaining long term spiritual health. In my practice as a Medical Intuitive and Message Therapist I create bridges for my patients, helping them discover the relationship between their bodily aches and pains and their conscious and subconscious thoughts. Recently I became my own patient. The minor knee and foot pains of my twenties began to speak louder in my thirties in the form of shin splints and constant pain in the middle of my foot and inside my knee. The chiropractor suggested orthotics, a foot support systems to help me walk correctly. “Crutches!”, I thought, “No way!” I searched not only for a solution that would complement my independent lifestyle, but also for the message pain was trying to deliver. What I discovered was the Four Steps to Walking in Peace and the relationship between subconscious thought and body posture.<br />
The physical pain I was experiencing in my feet and knees was caused by not walking correctly. I began studying the way I walked: how I placed each foot on the ground, and which muscles were flexing and which were tightening. I began to draw parallels between foot placement and points of pain. Through walking consciously for a few months I discovered how to walk correctly and efficiently.<br />
Four Steps to Walking in Peace in the Physical:<br />
Your feet should be shoulder length apart and toes pointed forward.<br />
1. Step with the heel first.<br />
2. Move to the outside ball of the foot.<br />
3. Then roll to the inside ball of the foot.<br />
4. Push off with the big toe.<br />
A little more detail:<br />
Steps 1-2 are done when the foot is in front of you.<br />
When the foot is underneath you is when you switch from the outside of the foot to the inside.<br />
Steps 3-4 occur when the foot is behind you. Follow through with the big toe is important.<br />
I have observed in my patients that their subconscious thoughts are mimicked in the presentation of their posture. There are two common categories people fall into when they walk: Those who walk with their toes pointed out and those who walk with their toes pointed in. Those who walk with their toes pointed out want to slow themselves down because they fear arriving to their goal or destination. People who walk with their toes pointed in tend to rush through life with exhausting schedules because they fear taking a slow motion look at the life they have created. In my case, I was walking on the outside of my feet, toes pointed out. The subconscious thought I was ignoring was fear of actually achieving my dreams. I thought that if I achieved my goals then there would be nothing left to do. My posture reflected my thoughts. Walking with my toes pointed out slowed me down. The physical pain I experienced was my body’s way of telling me I was putting crutches on my dreams.<br />
Through my lessons of straightening out my head led to straightening out my body I have also come up with the Four Steps to Walking in Peace in the Spiritual Mind.<br />
Four Steps to Walking in Peace in the Spiritual Mind:<br />
1. Have a clear intention of dreams and desires.<br />
2. Committing to Action.<br />
3. Following Through.<br />
4. Accepting the Outcome.<br />
A little more detail:<br />
Steps 1 &#8211; 2 both deal with developing a clear plan and then deciding to fulfill as it relates to current wants and needs.<br />
Steps 3-4 deal with the actually “doing” of said action and being responsible to see the plan out and accepting the good with the bad. Once this action is complete, reflection upon the actions will reflect what needs to be done for next time.<br />
Both techniques of the spiritual mind connecting with the body, are important factors that must be looked at. Using one or the other is not enough. The sum total will be added up in our overall physical and spiritual health.<br />
So instead of slamming the door on the unwanted house guest called pain. Invite it in as a secret counsel for the next steps you need to take. Empowering ourselves and being responsible for our own lives brings clarity and purpose to living. We are shown everyday hints on how to lead our lives and pain is one those gifts. Embrace the messenger, and walk in peace.</p>
